I would love to give this app a 5 star because this app has been such a life saver when it comes to our family planning and organizing. We use it everyday and have had used this for a while now, but it seems just recently this app has started to crash on me unexpectedly. I’m paying for the premium membership on this app and it’s a little upsetting that we are coming across this issue in which I’m hoping could be fixed ASAP because we really don’t want to use any other family organizer besides this one.

I love this app and have been using it for years. However the past year it has been having a lot of glitches and problems. I have emailed the developers multiple times with pictures and videos of what is going on and have not received a response. There has not been an update for this app in a long time as well. The app is randomly deleting my notes, switching photos for different appointments, and also not letting me add notes I have to keep trying for it to eventually work. The app is also crashing a lot out of nowhere. this app is great when it works but with all the glitches and tech problems that it's having it's making me think about looking for a new app.
I liked this app when I would use it just for me, but now I want to add access to the calendar for my family and I can’t send them any type of link to share the calendar. I even had my husband create a new “account” on his phone thinking maybe he would be able to put his email in and I could get the link from there to share the calendar on multiple devices, it didn’t even add an email. App needs to have option to share calendar with family. Now I am on the hunt for a calendar app that allows this. This app was simple and refreshing, upset that I have to find a new one.
I really LIKED this app until I wasn’t where I needed to be because anything my husband adds I can’t see… yet he can see all my adds. It’s happened now three times in two years. I contact customer service and get unhelpful responses. I’ve been using this app for like ten years. I have a lot of information saved here. I really don’t want to find another app.
