I'm really curious what the purpose of this app is and why it is promoted in stores and online. I really feel like this company does not care about it's customers and by extension does not care about itself. The app is literally useless and using the website is a way better option for you. Whoever built this and uploaded to the app store and called this an app should be fired immediately as well as their supervisor / manager. This piece of nothing is very infuriating.
Bring back the old app. The app on a whole is crappy. Bring back the old app. It’s linking my account to my home internet billing account and there’s no way to see my mobile account details. No ease of topup, no visible data usage meter. NOTHING WORKS!
No longer can see usage. It has it located on site but doesn’t do anything. All I can do is see my bill. Forstrahed
App not working……again! Plugging in my email and password and it’s telling me it’s incorrect yet on the website I’m able to get in using the same info I plugged in the app. If it’s always gonna be a problem with this app just get rid of it!
Complete waste of time. This app should be negative Stars!! Absolutely nothing works. Whosever updated this app should fired and then beaten and then fired again.
