Purchased a new sewing machine and they said to to use the app to watch videos to learn how to use the machine. There are no videos for my machine.
Either “can’t connect” or “error printing”.
All I really care about is monitoring ink toner level and that works just fine, no crashes. It also tells me when I need to install firmware (via computer). So far so good. Don’t really have high expectations here for it to wash your clothes and make you a sandwich. It’s an app.
Worst firmware ever. Ever time I want to print there is another update and it becomes an hour process of downloads and figuring out issues before my print. Get it right the first time.
Useless. Crashes as it opens. Reinstalled several times, no go. Would be nice to be able to see what toner levels are...but. Noooooo.
