This app is legit and so very helpful when you can’t make it to a doctor’s office. I tested positive with Covid and was having terrible symptoms and wanted to get a prescription for paxlovid. With Covid being so contagious and me feeling horrible this app was a life saver, I had my medication within hours and was very happy with the service provided.

I was a little apprehensive about this service, being online and not physically seeing a doctor. But it was honestly the best decision ever. I had a script ready for me at my local pharmacy within an hour. No more time wasted sitting in waiting rooms!
It’s sad that this is all about money! I was with push health in 2021 for weight loss! I paid for a 3 month prescription (which was $135 on 5/18/21 and normally I would pay $55) and only 1 month prescription was filled at CVS instead of 3. Maninder Kaur, NP-C with Push Health/Echo Heals (her company) said she called in a 3 month prescription but CVS said it was only 1. **** Maninder Kaur, NP-C works for push health but may use her company echo heal) I went back and forth for days with Maninder Kaur, NP-C and her team never resent the prescription or called CVS and so only 1 med was filled and then my insurance termed so I lost money and it was never refunded. I was told that they could get my meds from Canada for $500 a month (but my insurance would have paid $40.00 for a 3 month supply). I was not happy! I guess I believe people get better so I tried push health again in May of this year. I paid $64.99 on 5/5, then was asked to pay $60.00 for the Auth which should have ben covered under the visit and then $64.99 on 5/23 for a follow up. I have insurance and this Nickle and dime business might have good physicians but you will never know because they milk your pockets dry before you can ever see it. I decided to use Alpha Medical and received great care and customer service. Lesson learned and I’ll never use Push Health ever again!
