My Spectrum for Android

Won’t allow me to put Zip Code in / Tried to use camera for card doesn’t move past expiration date. This is ridiculous.

Only good for kicking devices offline. Spectrum is so bad I have to disconnect from wifi majority of the time just to use this app. There’s service outages 3-4 times a week & this app will leave you without a clue even tho it’s supposed to notify you then you’ll receive a message out of no where on how everything is fixed but the app will still say there’s an outage! Better off using hotspot w T-mobile to connect to your devices and avoid dealing with this horrible company who’ll try to sell you an upgraded package that most likely will have the same issues as the cheaper option. Customer service is absolutely no help but atleast they respond I guess? I unfortunately have to deal with them due to where I live but if you have a choice save yourself the headache!!

Open app , says I have to log into web page to use app . Every time I want to use it .

I have received great service today and they make it so easy to keep up with your bill and payment and connecting to your devices
