I use Mobile Pro 11. It’s version is 15.5. I have the most current version of VideoShow, 5.9.9. Last week, it stopped allowing me to export finished videos. All I get is a partial screen, and NOTHING on the export screen works. I’ve went through the online customer service several times. Your customer service is horrible, don’t actually get help from a person. I paid for VIP, and can’t use the app now. Also, I am constantly having to restore my VIP status. That needs fixed too. I would have rated you 5 stars, but until you actually remedy these issues, 2 stars is all you get. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!
I can’t upload my video I’m also stuck saving it into drafts
With the latest update, there seems to be a bug where I click on “Export” there’s no button fully export the video I’ve made so I’m stuck saving it as a draft.
I will never use this app again!!! This app used to let you make videos and add music to it for free!!! I guess greed is their main priority, because now you have to pay $35.99 for the whole year in order to unlock this feature?! I mean you might as well just use iMovie and make your own video then use this crap I’ll never use this app ever in life!
