REFUND PLEASE!!!

I purchased your petsitting software app and I would like a refund. I am extremely sadden it does not deliver what it states it does. The reports are yearly. I can’t change the dates for a month to month report. I also have to enter each day for a weekly or even a monthly pet sit. Very time consuming! There’s a begin date but NO end date. This is the worse app! My Google calendar can do more than the app. Please refund my money. Also- if you update the app which is NEEDED it would be nice to have a walk tracker.

Don’t bothe

This pet sitting software software is NOT very user-friendly. Just trying to enter your clients is time-consuming and the screen keeps freezing. Also when you go to enter a client there is no where to enter the pet information; which makes absolutely no sense to me.
