3. (4) Hold your fingertip steady for at least 10 seconds, your heart rate and pulse graph will be shown.

4. Remark: This app has integrated with iOS Health app in order to record and centralize the management of your heart rate.

no matter how many times I tried, it just said to cover the camera with my finger. I couldn't find any way to make it work. waste of time and storage space.
