Can’t upload CSV files, tons of bugs that wont let you delete organizations

Might be good for organizing names but useless to help organize concepts and ideas.

I broke my own rule of thumb and paid for it, literally. I usually go to a developers web site and download a trial version of an application before purchasing. I went to the SG Software Site and there was no apparent option. I rolled the dice and regret it. I’d really like my purchase money back as even the simplest of formatting is absent, including Fonts. I’ve used Visio on the PC side years ago and currently use Omni Graffle but thought this might be better with xls and csv options but it is not and don’t make the same mistake I did. Complicated, lacks customization, no font options, no color gradient options and just simply NO FUN. Is there a refund option?

I traditionally have used Visio for org charts. That is sort of overkill and honestly has too many options because I spend too much time trying to get everything perfect and then I’m not happy that I spent so much time on such a task! I found this app to be quick and easy. Took me a while to figure out how to get my data in so here is a tip: export the sample data from the app to csv, then import that into Excel (or whatever), put your team’s data into that format, then export in csv and import that file into this app.

Nice app! Quick and easy to use. I was able to put together a draft structure for a proposal I’m working on and export as a PDF file that looks great. At least for my case, which is fairly standard, the layout worked great.
