Blurry scans

I am a PAID user of this app for years. Scans are now blurry when it wasn’t before. No issues in other apps or the camera, something going on in this app. Android 13 pro max here. Please fix it. This is useless now.

Marketing too aggressive

Every time I use the app I am bombarded with a subscription request that takes over the whole screen. I would be happy to pay but this is currently waaay overpriced.

I use this app for everything! I use my cell phone for everything including scanning and sending documents. I’ve been using this app for a few years now and it works great!

Broken updates

Every time the software updates it refuses to recognize your VIP subscription causing you to have to reinstall the software, losing all your settings and just causing lots of frustration. They say to tap the restore button - doesn’t work. I’m so fed up having to deal with this and vet and over. Software works great but if they lock me out of all my features every time and make me jump through tons of hoops, I’m done. Probably going to cancel after this year and just go to adobe.

Constant upsells screens

I supported this app by buying it (and paying an additional fee to unlock OCR) back in its early days, and although I was sad to see them go to a subscription model, they maintained the feature set for existing (paid) users, so I was happy. However, the past couple months, the app constantly interrupts my workflow by showing a splash screen stating that I get to keep my current features, but I can also pay for the VIP subscription. So I’m deleting this app and never giving this developer another dime, which is a shame since it was a really good scanner app.
