Buggy Inconsistent

The app works on occasion but doesn’t consistently allow users to reset passwords, unlock accounts, or do any of its primary functions. The app freezes, likes to fail to connect to the server, and overall provides a poor user experience. Save yourself the trouble and just use the web app. *just wondering if the devs will update this? Zoho is a large company. You’d think resources would be made available to fix these obvious issues.
