Problem AGAIN

I'm literally CRYING about how to beat the puzzle on 5th world and 10th checkpoint. I have 0 bulbs, collected EVERY BULB on the way, and is NOT allowed to buy any.

Couldn’t even load

I wanted to get this game, it looked so good but when it downloaded the game was stuck on a black screen. I wanted to like this game but it just didn’t work

Black screen issue

Hey developers, I doubt you will see this but I’ve been stuck at a black screen when I start the game, right after the white mimpi dog. If you could tell me how to fix this or fix this yourself that would be great thanks.
