What a terrible app.

Really Awful. Can't report anything other than GRAFFITI!

Why is graffiti the only thing you can report? Really awful. What about pot holes, street lights out, traffic light issues, illegal dumping and the many other things you typically report to the city and public works department. Being able to send a photo with Geo tagged location would help make things easier for the city to respond to reported maters. I'm DELETING this app!

Too many taps

I love the service this app provides - reporting graffiti and the quick response from the city - but the app is overly complicated. It takes way too many taps to submit a report. Do I really need to be reminded every time that providing my contact info will allow the city to contact me. And a full page of review instructions, which I'm sure no one reads, every time I submit a report? Really? Just let me identify what the graffiti is on, snap a photo and mark the location. Three taps and done.
