Doesn't even open

Paid for app set up shifts now it won't open. How do I get my money back??

Errors

Crashes going from month to month. When selecting 28 as holiday it makes the 27.

I spent time creating my husband's schedule, and it kicks me out every time I try to open it! :-(

Disappointed

I'm very disappointed that I paid money for this app. It will not open once I make a schedule. I have erased the app & downloaded it again. It still will not open. It just flashes!
