The app doesn’t show messages from my providers, which makes receiving information very unwieldy. I’m not sure why downloading it was beneficial if I can’t receive responses through it. I tried using the case management option and never got a response from a doctor, despite uploading copious information and providing contact information outside the app as well. When I tried contacting a doctor for help, I was told doctors don’t treat hives and that nothing can be done for me. I was even told to take a medication that my record shows I’m allergic to the ingredients of. Essentially, every interaction I’ve had with this app has been frustrating and useless. I’m definitely not new to medical care, but this has just been a waste of my copay.
I’ve spent 2 hours this weekend trying to make an account with this app under my insurance (my insurance provider directed me to this site) but once an account is made, it doesn’t let you update your insurance m, and for whatever reason my insurance company (larger company, again who sent me here) isn’t showing up. So every time I go through the trouble Of setting up an appointment, giving my health info, taking photos, explaining symptoms, it asks me for $75 for the visit. No, it’s supposed to be paid by my insurance. But I can’t update my insurance. And apparently it doesn’t want your insurance because you can’t even Input it anywhere. It just wants $75 from you right now. Huge waste of time.

The idea of this app is great but too easily can people not get the help they need and still lose a good chunk of money. I am extremely poor without insurance and got sick with something i have already had before, i had all the medication that my last doctor prescribed for me. Was just hoping to get the medication so i could go back to work and instead was told nothing can be done. Must have been less then 2 minutes before the call was over and i officially can not go to any other health provider now because my 2 minute consult could not prescribe me an antibiotic and they didn’t even wait to find out the other health problems i needed addressed. I am disappointed and now i have to suffer for two weeks till i can take my meager pay check and spend the entire thing for my visit. 2 minute consult costs me $75 and i get no help or meds. And the doctor didnt even look inviting or happy when i saw them. I will never use this app again.
The App is very slow. It takes forever & multiple attempts to upload picture for the doctor. It takes a long time to go from one step to another. I really wish they can improve performance of the app.
