Playing for nothing

Don’t understand why nothing opens up after Timeline 6. I am currently on Timeline 15 and have no Arena, Skills or Runes. It doesn’t seem like the developers care as they never respond to reviews unlike other apps. Even after the last update nothing changed. I even experienced the update, where more people than just me, had their entire inventory wiped and still climb the timelines. Please update this so I can access the whole game

I downloaded this game because I saw it in an ad that claimed there were no ads. False advertising, once you get to the third timeline you get an ad every 30 seconds

I signed up from a TikTok ad after it said no ads. Now, there are ads and it wants me to pay to not see them. Total bait & switch. Pretty sure that it’s illegal, too.
