All in one app. Makes life so much easier. Hopefully all transactions in Singapore will use this platform eventually

Lame support team.

Very disappointed by this app. Constant issues with my bank card. Won’t let me select cash as an option. The support team tells me its an issue with my bank, but my bank has says it’s grab. Bank card also work with foodpanda, Deliveroo, etc with no issues. Cash as an option doesn’t work. PayPal as an option doesn’t work. Wont allow alternative bank cards to be added.

Installed the app, put my phone number and email, but the code to finish signing up doesn’t arrive neither by message nor by call.
