At first everything started just fine. Easy to use… until you upgrade…. And now this piece of crap of an app crashes over and over again when I’m trying to switch out the media and I can’t get anything done. And what makes it worse, every time I try to refresh a video it adds in to the usage which is only 50min per month! That adds up!!! And now I’ve wasted 20min of usage for a video that’s less than 3 minutes!!!!! I cannot believe I spent $25 on this complete garbage of an app!!! I WANT MY MONEY BACK!!!
First this app costs $30 !!! Second it is garbage. It takes 10 MINUTES to make a 1 minute video. And the video is still full of errors. Third the app crashes constantly while editing. Fourth you get charged for videos that are full of errors before you can finish editing it. Fifth the app developer is a LIAR. I started getting charged 23 LICENSES PER VIDEO with no explanation. Developer refused to refund me the $30 i spent. And Google support is turning a blind eye.
I should’ve known this was too good to be true. Recommended from a content creator on YouTube. I forget they only market products like this because they are making money off the views, comments and the code they use for a particular product; they don’t use these products, nor do they believe in them. I made the video, which was great, however, you can’t upload on the free account so I upgraded to the $25 per month subscription. After that, I tried to upload and I got, “ERROR. Upload initiation failure “. I tried several times to upload and got the same exact response so I emailed customer service and I’ll see what they say. Hopefully I can get a refund.
So you can only do 10 minors a week and then when you have to buy it you get 50 minutes a month. For how much you spend you should get unlimited.
