The responses are too long when you leave a written message on the application

I've been able to get all the way through logging in and verifying my id only to be automatically logged out. I've called about this issue multiple times to be told "try a desktop" (this is an app by the way) When I'm click the number posted on the page for technical help you get you get UMR who after multiple redirects finally gives you the right number while you can listen to the on hold message telling you that you wouldn't need to sit on hold if you used the online services (that I am still trying to access) This has been going on for months. I'm not trying to play games, I'm trying to get access to information to make better health decisions. At least post the right help number!! Ps do not even try to tell me to log out and log back in. I'm a health IT professional, I can assure you this is not user error.

Simply a bad app, does not do the basics. Come on y’all, peoples lives and livelihoods are potentially at stake - hire some competent people to fix the app.

App gets the job done well enough. REALLY wish you could add ID cards to Google Wallet.

I don’t understand why UMR card will not pay copay in prescriptions. I try to open the link to the HRA card and only get a blank screen. This app is not helpful at all
