      Update 07-11-22 Since being diagnosed with lymphoma again and having 2 surgeries, I am back to using Noom. I trust this program and that’s why I’m back. However, I was hoping to be able to use the app on my ipad…. Not. Please developers, PLEASE fix the app to sync with an ipad as well. The struggle to read long lessons and type answers on my phone is frustrating to say the least! Please help!!! Noom works like no other “diet”!!! To be successful at anything in life you need to be in the right mindset. Those of us that want to be healthier and lose some extra pounds, have more struggles because of all the beliefs we have had in the past. I’ve lost 22 lbs in 16 weeks. This psychology based program is exactly what I needed! I will continue with Noom until I reach my goal weight. Thank you Noom!!!!

    • Best weight loss program I’ve ever tried

      I have only used Noom for 1 week, so take this review with a grain of salt. But in this week, I have felt more motivated and encouraged to create *good* *sustainable* *reachable* weight loss goals that will make a lasting difference, not just for a short sprint, but for the long haul! Noom gives you all the information you need to live a healthier life, but the real gift of Noom is how they encourage you in every single small baby step along the way! Never in my life have I ever felt like I could actually be successful at losing weight. And with Noom, I believe I can! And I know I will. 2lbs lost this week, and a lot to go, but I have hope for my journey.

      If I could give negative points I would. I joined in January 2022. They said I would be assigned an individual to check in and support my journey. I was repeatedly told by their automated system I would be assigned someone soon. It NEVER HAPPENED. I was also told I would be assigned to a “group” of individuals who would be a source of encouragement and support. Again I was repeatedly told they were working on it. BUT THAT NEVER HAPPENED EITHER! Their promises that customers will deal with real people is a lie. Nothing but a computer ever contacted me. The LAST correspondence I got from them was an automated response in March. It is now July. NO ONE has even noticed I haven’t used their app in months. This is a SCAM. STAY AWAY. I will be posting my experience on as many places/reviews as I can on the web. These people need to be stopped.

      Noom keeps me on track and focused! I appreciate the feeling of accountability and the consistent monitoring allows me to keep my goals clearly in front of me. Still plenty to learn but I definitely feel, with the help and guidance of Noom, I can reach my goals!

    • The Analyzer Tool

      I am fascinated by the colors of food-green, yellow, and red in the Analyzer graphic after I have logged a meal. I like that nothing is off limits, I just visually see if I’m eating to much of a food that has lots of calories per bite. It’s really been eye-opening how much of a storm eater I was that drive me to high calorie foods.
