No directions included

The ability to scan documents is great. Not knowing how to process the document was difficult and the file was accidentally deleted. I have reached out to customer service to ask them restore my file that took hours of work for my client. NO response. You’re on your own, folks. Good luck!

Best scanner - always works!

This phone or Mobile scanner is wonderful. I think I’ve been using it for 4 or 5 years now and it’s never failed me. It’s either free or reasonable in price. Get it! Well worth whatever it costs. Best for legal and easy to read documents for the other people/person!!
