Location not working

In the last 2 weeks this app has been giving me the weather for Andover, Ma!! And I live in Urbana, Ohio. Tried resetting the location but not working. Please fix it because you have the best radar Thanks

Life saving alerts

Only works when connected to home wi-fi!

It doesn’t really do me any good (especially with weather alerts) since it only works when I’m at home and the app can connect to my home Wi-Fi. I’ve looked to look to see if there’s some setting that I don’t have set (the app itself has only weather alert settings), but I can’t find anything.

WAY too slow in an emergency

like the tornados right now. And when the app has finally loaded, you have to find a video, blah, blah. JUST PUT UP SOME TEXT WITH THE IMPORTANT INFORMATION. Geez.
