Horrible, over complicated, poorly designed app

The platform is very difficult to set up. I’m left to assume that intended Human User Experience is ‘frustration’. To access this esoteric app you have to read extreme fine print and google what saba calls an “access URL”. And then when you enter it, the system doesn’t recognize the info and pushes back on the user—telling them to contact an administrator. No seamless integration with the enterprise systems or iOS. It’s really a piece of junk.

Garbage

Can’t log in. Correct credentials but can never get passed the log in screen. Getting in trouble at work because of it. Big fat thumbs down

Terrible; using the website is far better

After wrestling with the clunky interface, I found that the training course I was trying to open wouldn’t even run… just a blank screen. I was hoping this would be more convenient than going to the website every time, but that’s clearly not the case.

Nice idea....but too many problems

I discovered this and love the option for mobile access. I am running on a Mobile running latest IOS. Videos from our corporate training don’t play....screen flashes. Other issues making sure the credit is captured. Please fix as I’d love to use this
