MY LITTLE PONY for Android

I enjoy this game enough to keep playing but I genuinely cannot recommend it to parents if it’s something you’re giving to your kid before leaving the room. First of all, there’s the concern with in-app purchases— I won’t even call them microtransactions because they don’t even qualify as that. Bundles including different characters are very heavily advertised. These bundles are usually around $50. Fifty dollars for a couple characters to walk around in a city-building game. They’re appealing! But that also means they’re appealing to some unfortunate parent’s six year old who is about to make it very hard to get groceries. Even more concerning to me, however, are the ads. Ad watching is a very big thing in this game and it is rewarded like in many other apps. That being said, the ads being shown on this app are INCREDIBLY inappropriate and absolutely not safe for kids. I’m talking like outright sexual content that makes me uncomfortable as an adult. A lot of dating or dress-up games that also profit off girls’ insecurities and can’t be good for someone’s mental health in the long run. It’s a fun enough game if you’re like, a teenager or older who isn’t going to immediately feel compelled to spend obscene amounts of money on a virtual character and is relatively mature, but if you’re not ready for your 6 year old to ask you what “h***y” means, I’d recommend looking for another app.

i’ve played this game for a while doing tasks everyday just so i could get new ponies. Sometimes when i log back in, the ponies would stop doing the tasks, so i would have to set it all up again, and sometimes when i clicked on the ponies, the task would only give me stars or currency, and the ones that would give me item to get new ponies would just disappear. today i had just lost all progress. i was so close to getting rainbow dash (29/30 collected item) plus all the other ponies, but all of it gone down to zero. considering the time wasted on this game i wouldn’t recommend you play this if you do see this review…

This game is pretty great altogether, my younger sisters and I enjoy it and there’s a lot of fun elements to it. However, I have a few suggestions that have been nagging at me for a while… They mostly circle around the Equestria Girls minigame. It’s a personal favorite of mine to do these, but the same five songs are getting a bit old. Hopefully this isn’t too much to ask, but how about songs from the other Equestria Girls movies, Rainbow Rocks, The Friendship Games, and maybe Legend of Everfree? Another thing is the outfits for ponies in the game. Maybe some new outfits and outfits for different ponies? Especially the coronation outfits from season 3 and season 9? Thank you! This game is great!

Let me explain. My items that I collect to get ponies, like Rainbow Dash's hair or Aloe’s things, it disappears randomly. I don’t know if this is intended for you too like, try to collect it faster, but it’s annoying truthfully. Could you help explain or fix this?

I love playing this game and doing quests and challenges but there several glitches that have occurred in the last few days that are ruining my progress with a challenge and also confusing pony’s names when tapped on. It needs tweaking for sure and they need to fix their purchase solutions. Also, LOWER the purchase prices, this is a game and you shouldn’t have to spend hundreds of dollars on a game to go further in said game.
