Did not work for me

I installed app and put a blu-ray disc in, it would not convert movie to anything. First, it did not do anything when disc was inserted. I had to poke around in the apps menu, select open, steer to my disc, then hunt for a certian type of media file before the grayed out select button allowed me to continue. Then the App just gave me a splash screen that said there was either an error or the movie was copy-protected. Next step is to get ride of this app!
