Autodesk Construction Cloud for Android

I have lost count of the many, many times I have notified you of error messages. Never a response. Never a fix. I update constantly. I take photos for reports and punch lists. Very regularly they won’t upload or sync. I constantly get error messages. You took PlanGrid, an excellent program, and have screwed it up in Autodesk. And you never respond. Never a fix.

It took me 30 minutes to register with emails and phone numbers required just to get in and find out it’s not what I need. Now it won’t let me delete my account.

Warning to anyone considering purchasing this product: engage with this company carefully. In my opinion, this outfit is shady and scurrilous. At our company, we tried to amend our renewal subscription with PlanGrid, but after numerous attempts to contact them - with no success -they finally contacted US to inquire about our payment. It was only then they informed us that the customer has to give them extremely advanced notice for a subscription change or amendment. They were completely unconcerned about our needs and, apparently, our future business. So, we were stuck with a worthless subscription for which we had to pay dearly. This not the action of a decent, honorable company. We will never use this bunch of rogues again. Ever.

I’m involved with a job using PlanGrid punch list. Nothing but problems no one to talk to. You people will only respond via email. No support. I’ve been in touch with Julianne G. but there is only so much you can do via email. She does try but is limited to how much she can do. No 800 number to call. I can call Sales and they will talk my ear off. But tell them you’re having a problem and they can’t get off the phone fast enough.
