      I’ve had a lot of problems over the years with substance abuse, anger issues, mental disorders and anxiety. Since starting with headspace over 2 years ago I have learned many skills in meditation that have help me balance my life. Being able to see thoughts instead of living in them has given me peace at times of high anxiety. Being able to recall these skills in the real world has really calmed me down and helped with the way I choose to deal with life on life’s terms and I am grateful. Chris McIntyre

      This is soooo helpful. Never though my mobile could help me connect with myself. Technology allows the wonderful people behind this app who distilled thousands of years of wizdom and made it available to others. This app helps those who really need the most help from meditation; those who are tired; those who don't have the luxury of joining a group and only may have 10 minutes to themselves, if they are lucky. I particularly appreciate the videos and the info on the Web that the company provide. A perfect balance of ancient knowledge and scientific backing. No mystic mumbo jumbo: techniques should not collide with specific religious beliefs.
