Annoying Marketing Notification

It will keep pushing you marketing notifications even you opt out in their app. You have to completely disable the notification permission for this app in iOS to stop it.

May charge if transaction failed

App charged me even though I got an error that the transaction failed, so basically paid for a dozen doughnuts I didn’t get. Looks like they don’t follow the ACID database protocol which is pretty bad. Contacted Krispy Kreme with no luck and no money back. Better just ordering it at the location instead of risking it.

Location missing. Rewards lie.

I’m sitting in front of the Krispy Kreme shop in Burbank California. But the app will not acknowledge its existence. Reward program does not work well. You can tell the employees don’t want to use it either. It’s very frustrating. The app puts a total cloud over the awesome Krispy experience. Just ditch the app and stick to tasty fried dough!!

Can’t add purchase from receipt

Every time I try to enter a missed transaction, the app shuts down as soon as I begin to enter the requested information. Removed/reinstalled the app, but still no luck. Otherwise, app seems functional, but now I’m just too irked to trust it with any part of a transaction.
