I’m trying to put in my mother and my sister and it’s coming out as an aunt and I can’t add my mother
There is no back capability for IOS. If I want to go back, I have to go to the menu and navigate to where I want to be. This is especially difficult because I can be working on one DNA test and, when I go back to the DNA menu, the app switches back to the default test... every time. The DNA area needs a lot of work. You'd better be going where you want, or you'll have to do it all over again.
It was a little hard trying to figure out where everything was and it also kept saying “something went wrong” and I don’t know why but other than that it’s a great app.
basically dna was cool but i was charged 150$ for a subscription that i didn’t want or need. they wouldn’t refund me more than 27$ even though i was 1 day into a year subscription absolutely ridiculous
This is a pretty cool app! I have a few issues… 1. The search bar comes and goes in my family tree so it’s almost impossible sometimes to search for a name if I need to change something. 2.) it’s almost impossible to merge 2 names if you realize the same person is on there twice. It’s a mess on a whole new level
