Compressor for Android

after using it for some time it started giving me this issue and theres no way to fix this, researched online, tried to contact IT and noone can help! ridiculous ! please refund me my money or fix this issue its giving me an error code after im trying to compress video file from fcpx Couldn't read property list from file /Users//Library/Application Support/Compressor/SMBSharingService-Launchd.plist, error = stream had too few bytes Please resolve the issue and relaunch Compressor.

I don't know what the problem is. It happens intermittently on two Macs, on Monterey, on Big Sur, on Catalina. But it hangs at zero percent processing about 75 percent of the time I try to use it, then fails with an uninformative error. I've tried everything the fan-boys in the support forum suggest, but rebooting after every edit and before ever share, and deleting preferences and re-setting my layout continuously is just not an optimal workflow. I give up.

Please have your people fix this app. Thank you. -Kenneth

This app should be fixed or discontinued. I've used it for years and now it just takes up space and wastes my time. Won't complete any exports whatsoever. Even after a full delete and reinstall of the app. This app does not work.

Compressor is great for my line of work where I have a bulk amount of files that need to be transcoded to some very specific file formats, and I frequently need to process a large amount of FCPX projects as well. Compressor does exactly that, it is fast and easy to configure, never crashes, and makes my life quite a bit easier.
