Do not use pickup or delivery if you have EBT

I used this service for the first time a while ago. I entered my EBT card as well as my credit card at the time of the transaction. My credit card was charged for the full order and my EBT card was not applied for the food items. This has negatively affected my budget and it will take me a while to financially recover. There was no confirmation at the end of the order of what applied to what card like other services such as Instacart and Amazon. I do not recommend this service to anyone. When I contacted customer service, all they told me is that there isn’t anything they can do.
