The Worst Restaurant App!

I rarely write a review because I’m happy. This was so bad and I was so friends thatI sought it out to try to save another customer the trouble. Honestly it was the worst experience I’ve had on a smartphone. The cart failed 6x in 20 minutes and numerous tries. This app is heavy on UI/UX and empty of functional code. Comically bad cart and checkout. The types of failures on loading and processing are as bad as I remember any app on a smartphone in my life. It delayed our meal by an hour. I love our local staff and store but this app should be a total overhaul and held up as a poster child for as a revenue killer.

I’m not sure why everyone is complaining. This worked perfect for me first time. I was even allowed to put in my customized tip. Thanks CB for letting me have this app so I didn’t have to stand in line!

Whomever is in charge of the functionality of this app needs to be fired (along with the website team as well) Cracker Barrel app is consistently glitchy you can’t place orders as it won’t load locations to select, takes FOREVER to log into your account, payment screens don’t work correctly, etc. PLEASE revamp the IT team or pay another company to do it. I have consistently given up on placing numerous orders because of this.
