I found a way to access the app again- offload the app and reinstall it. To do that, go to Settings > General > Android Storage > P Planner > Offload. Then reinstall and it should work. Hope this helps!
Been using this app for years and loved it. Then in December, for some reason it locked up and I couldn’t retrieve any of my info. So I had to delete the app and reload it. I lost 4 years of data. 😓
I’ve used this app for so long now. Now that it’s crashed, I have no idea what to do aside from start fresh with a new app and that is not ideal. At least give us some signs of life and let us know we’re heard please. Still not working. Help please.
Is in this app...years and years worth. Why won’t you update it? I can’t even retrieve any of my stored info. Why not a warning at least?
I’ve used this app for years! I never used the crazy detailed features but it always made accurate predictions. However now it has been crashing so I’m forced to turn away to a newer app and can’t retrieve my old data. Really disappointed, wish I could still use it.
