Every time I try to use this app it needs to update. Hardly a time savor.
July 2022: I can’t seem to get this app to launch properly whether I’m in the store or not. I’ve deleted and reinstalled with no effect. July 2021: I have an iPhone 7 and this last update is now overheating my phone. Through a process of elimination, once the app opens, it doesn’t take long for the phone to get warm. I’ve deleted and reinstalled yet the issue remains with No other apps running.
Your website would not let me make a choice between having everything delivered. It divided my order into 2 orders making a $4.00 pickup fee and a $6.00 delivery fee. If I could have had everything delivered, it would have saved me $4.00. Not cool, you can do better.
I have been using this app for years with no problem. This newest update is glitchy. The scan and go shuts down, ordering online gives you error messages. I had to order on the website just to put items into my cart and finished the transaction on the app.
At the last curbside pick up , I was having trouble accessing the app. Fortunately, just as I was getting ready to go in the store to the customer service desk, an associate had just loaded another customers order. When she saw me she came over and assisted me. She was friendly and helpful. I was very grateful for her assistance.
