Paid for ad-free access, still getting ads

I have used this app for years. I play one game. Just one. This one. Last year I decided to pay the $9.99 annual subscription fee for ad-free access since some ads actually freeze the app. I renewed my subscription this spring but I continue to get ads, one of which blocks access to the game screen every 5-6 plays. I have to restart my phone to reset the app so I can access it. There is absolutely no subscriber support or contact information available. If you aren’t going to provide the service I paid for, give me my money back.

Freezes Constantly

Garbage app that freezes at least once an hour while showing ads. Screen goes black with a thin white bar at the bottom and app won’t do anything until you reboot the phone.

Ads keep locking screen

The ads lock you out that you then need to delete the game and then reload it to play. Very annoying!
