I sent cards around 11/21/22. Today is 12/10/22 and neither recipient has received their cards. They are very quick to try to sell you add-ons, but who knows if they send those. Do yourself a favor-don’t pay for cards or gifts on this app. And it is weird that as soon as you send a card it is completely gone from the app. Why? Former owners of this app were great, but not these people. ATTN App administrators-I know you’re “sorry.” I don’t need the trite copy & paste apology.
I tried to send a birthday card to my dad, ordering it more than a week before his birthday. It’s now two weeks past his birthday, I’ve reordered the card once (more than a week ago) and it still has not arrived. A card I sent my mother also had to be re-ordered before it finally arrived more than a week after it was scheduled to. I do not trust that when the cards were shown as ‘posted’ they had actually been sent, as it seems very unlikely that two cards in a row were lost in the mail. I have had better success with postable in the past, and I will go back using them, but I wanted to try touch imite for a more mobile friendly interface. But that’s pointless if it doesn’t actually send the cards reliably…
Love this app to make thoughtful thank you notes with. They turn out great and it is such a lovely way to show appreciation. Always a big hit.
We have family in the UK but live in the USA. This app is a fantastic way to share photos and send cards for all occasions.
Do NOT use this app. They don’t send the cards you pay for and the customer service is terrible!
