Well, based upon the developer’s indifference to my feedback about the cost of the product, I have dropped my rating significantly to reflect the fact that they really don’t care about the mental health of their users and are way more concerned about lining their own pockets than doing the right thing. So my review drops to reflect their indifference. Dear developer—— please feel free to comment again and I’ll repost —— minus the 1 star. I mean it's ok but some are locked if you don't have premium and it's 9.99 for premium but ya you should get it

Of no value at all. Selling nothing that has no effect on sleep or relaxation at all. If there is any research behind this, it is nothing but more pop-psychology. Don’t waste your time.

Even though my subscription ends in Feb 2025, I was forced to purchase an extension now or I could not use the app. Very shaky and I have ended my subscription. An update fixed this issue and now I am able to use the app without issue. Thanks for your quick response to my issue.
