I’m impressed so far!
I used it for 10 minutes. I have a house full of Bluetooth devices, which describes most places I go these days. There’s no way to differentiate devices in cases like this. It doesn’t seem accurate or at least there’s a latency in distances that makes it confusing to narrow down locations. Lastly, unless you’ve named your device with your own phone, there’s no real way to understand what you’re looking at. It would help if there was a way for the app to let you name devices internally.
Easily found the missing AirPod but the app reveals the Bluetooth jungle all around us. Now its a scavenger hunt to find the weirdly named transmitters.
I can scan the devices nearby
No real diagram on what your looking at on the app. But other than that I still use the app at work to find different BT signals that I am look for when commissioning controls. I would use the pay service but the unpaid service doesn’t give a good idea if the app is worth it.
