Well I’m to the point where the game won’t let me get bingo even though I’m playing 4 cards so I can’t collect puzzle pieces and therefore cannot move up in the game. And I’m only in Rome! Secondly, I’ll be playing and the game will just kick me off! Third, I have no idea what the little golf club is for… I used to hit the ball and I would get extra bingo’s but now, even though it says I have 3 swings nothing happens when I click it. It just takes me to a page to BUY swings with real money. Why would I buy them when the ones I earned don’t even work? All in all I would say that this has the POTENTIAL to be a great game. But you have to fix your algorithm so people can move on. Seriously!
I paid $3.99 twice and another $4.99 for tokens. Never got them. No thank you.
The best game
The game is extremely fun and I enjoy playing it very much. You earn gems and when you click on them, the description says you can use them to buy power ups, however, when you attempt to buy power ups, it only offers them for real money and not use of the gems. I have made two in app purchases to buy game packs that include power ups and other items. The purchases go through as I am charged through my bank, but the game freezes forcing you to exit and restart. I have never received what I purchased. I have contacted customer support through the app twice now. The first contact, the representative that responded closed the case without assisting me. I have contacted them again and have received no response. I really enjoy the game but will advise anyone who downloads this to not spend any real money on this as you will not get reimbursed or receive what you purchase. It’s a shame because this game could be so much better.
I love the game. I make in app purchases and my bank sees the money gone but I am NOT SEEING MY PURCHASES!!! Now I got to fight Google for a REFUND. You need to fix that issue. Otherwise. I would have given more stars!
