Unresponsive and disconnect prone

It’s good when it’s working, but quite often it disconnects for little to no reason. Sometimes the buttons just don’t register. Is there any way I could get a refund? I’ve done every method of troubleshooting so it absolutely isn’t user error. It bugs me that I paid money for it and lg’s only response is a copy and paste reply with 0 care whatsoever.

Are you kidding me

I had to watch an ad before it would even connect to the tv the first time I tried to use it. And then after that it didn’t even work. So dumb!

Can’t find TV

Got a brand new lg oled c2. Ensured my tv and phone on the same network thru Wi-Fi. Still get the error on the app saying “can’t find tv”.
