I feel like endless mode is getting way too difficult. I have been trying to collect the last two patients to complete the patients and I have played for weeks and can’t get them, only on one hospital. I feel like they don’t exist. And on the endless levels you should get more coins for completing them as they do get pretty hard. Or coins and gems or a power up and coins. Other than that I enjoy the game and each hospital being different.
It’s a good game but endless mode is not endless there shouldn’t be goals. You should play until you loose patients, it shouldn’t cost you a life to play . I’ve played lots of games similar to these endless is never using a life to play and you get rewarded…besides that pretty good.

It’s fun for maybe the first hour of gameplay but then it becomes impossible to clear levels without watching ads or spending money on gems. The buggy ads they gave me were impossible to exit out of so I had to close the app completely just to get out of the ad.
The game upgrades stop being effective after a certain point. I would upgrade the speed to level 5 but the doctors work slower as you progress through the game. Also when you upgrade the doctors speed, they don’t tell you how much faster (like by a percentage or time) like they tell you for the machines opens other coin upgrades. The game is fun and I try to watch the ads for extra coins but it’s becoming excessive.
