Worked great for a week. Then completely stopped. Keeps giving me a fax error. Tried to contact the company and guess what. They do not have a good email address or anything. Don’t waste your money.
Paid almost 18 dollars and this app didn’t work and they took my money
I got this app 2 month la ago, I just sent 1 fax, the other things is tried it was a total fail, I was trying to contact their support center and guess what, they don’t have any, if you try to send and email it don’t go thru, if you go by their website the page for customer service don’t exist, is a total robbery 😡😤
I just spent 18 dollars for this app and it continues to fail to send fax. This app is not worth any money
Update: I canceled the “free” app within an hour and it charged me today. I reported it to Google and requested a refund. I was informed they can’t legally charge for service if not provided. If you don’t get refund, you can take legal action against them. I highly don’t recommend this app. I’m waiting for my refund. Will update if I get a refund or if I have to take legal action. I tried sending the documents and they are sitting in “draft” when you try to send it the app says “be patient it takes 4 minutes to send” it never sends the documents. Claims there is a trial but there wasn’t a trial offered. It’s $18 a month. That’s very expensive. Most apps are less than 10.
