Something is bad and broken. Spent hours trying to get a large enough Passport photo to upload. Default size and format locks in at 57KB, but photo is 5x7 and 17MB in size. This tool shrinks it in quality where US State Dept will not accept photo. VERY ODD.
doesn’t work and can’t save. background removal is a joke too. what a waste of time.
I can’t recommend this app. Difficult to get them to print properly. Even at the highest file size it was somewhat grainy.
So much better than having to go somewhere t have the photo made or guessing.
