Hopefully you don’t run into any issues with this game, it’s almost impossible to get someone to help fix a problem. I really enjoyed the game but it logged me out of my account and I can’t get it back now because of a bug. So I’m leaving a bad review for my bad experience.
how to fix this??
I’ve been playing this game consistently and having fun with it. But how exactly is it that I can open the game not but 20-30 minutes prior to the beginning of this problem, then I’m asked to login, which I do. Nope. My account which I’ve been using just fine up to this point just suddenly doesn’t exist. I try and reach out to customer service and just get a message that they’ll reach out to me later. No indication of how or when.
When I first got this game I mentally prepared myself for the myriad of money grubbing gacha games chocked full of ads and pay to play, but I was pleasantly surprised to find that couldn’t be further from this game. First, it has a number of features which it introduces and improved upon throughout gameplay. My favorite part is that even low star characters can become as powerful as any other character through upgrades and that there are such a large variety of daily activities which can help in that process. Second I appreciate that the game rewards you for strategy and taking the time to place your Leapers carefully. It makes winning a difficult battle more satisfying and the experience of fighting many times in a row less repetitive. My one real gripe (which I’m guessing comes from the localization) is that occasionally text seems to be missing from the conversations with the Leapers.
I used my same Google ID for my account but then it kicked me out and I logged back in all my progress was gone! Imagine playing this game for months and then just losing EVERYTHING! I EVEN SPENT MONEY! 😡
