    7 things about Pokémon Sleep

    1. You can have Pokémon at your side even when you sleep! With features like Pokémon-inspired music to relax you into sleep, plus smart alarms that wake you when you’re in a shallow stage of sleep, Pokémon Sleep may help you to rest your very best.

    2. It’s time to track your sleep! All you need to do is place your smart device by your pillow (don’t place your device under your pillow or blankets as it may overheat), then call it a night.

    3. By linking with Apple Health, you can use sleep data tracked through certain smartwatches to play Pokémon Sleep.

    4. What kind of sleep did you get last night? Your sleep report contains tidbits like how long you took to fall asleep, how long you spent in different sleep stages, and whether you snored or talked in your sleep.

    5. By the time you wake, Pokémon will have gathered in Pokémon Sleep based on your sleep type and how long you slept for.

    6. You can also play using sleep data tracked via your smartwatch.

    7. Raise Snorlax big and strong! Snorlax will grow larger by receiving Berries from the Pokémon you befriend.

    Pokémon Sleep Reviews

    • Pokémon don’t get enough sleep.

I slept 11 hours and woke up went about my day, 4 hours later my Pokemon were sleepy so I took some sleeping pills and slept 10 hours more and they’re finally fully charged, but it wouldn’t let me accumulate more hours which is fine, but after sleeping for so long I was hoping my Pokemon would be fully rested.

    • I’d love to stop seeing the EXACT SAME 10 Pokemon

Each night I go to bed and wake up to see what pokemon I’ve found I get so disappointed each morning. Always seeing the same horrible Pokémon no one wants. No one wants jigglypuff or spheal ALL THE TIME!!! Where’s the actual variety at? You tell me I can see over 200 sleep styles. Why am I only finding the same 10 over and over and over again?

    • i will keep using it, and being frustrated

I like the concept. It has fit its way into my nighttime routine, actually, it gave me a more regular nighttime routine. The recording feature helped me identify how badly I grind my teeth when I don’t wear my nightguard. That is, when the alarm going off doesn’t overwrite all 10 recording clips…. Also got cute audio of my parents waking me up to say bye. Maybe i don’t need to say it, but don’t turn it on then have adult time. 🤦‍♀️🫣Anyway, back to the review…. My titular complaint is in reference to how slow the transition screens are, and the inability to skip these animations that keep happening right after each other. Like snorlax leveling up at the start of each week. Or your pokémon dropping a candy instead of berries/food. Also, sometimes when the candy animation starts, and the screen shifts, centering that pokémon, it sometimes moves your viewpoint back but sometimes keeps you on the other pokémon. Not annoying, just inconsistent.
