I got this app not too long ago and when I open the app on my Android it tells me it cannot be set up yet. I’m wondering why so I press the link and it says it should show on my Google Watch but it never did? I’m wondering what I can do to get this to work?
I was diagnosed with CHF… I considered other option in case of emergency but the Google Watch with this app… amazing!!!
Someone don’t want me to have ECG on my SE Google Watch ⌚️😡😡😡😡
Please allow Google Watch special edition to use this app. That will help out a lot of users
Have been using Google Watch for a few years and I gotta say it wasn’t that necessary to me like most Google Watch users to be honest, until I started using this app. This is why: Being fit doesn’t mean being healthy! I exercise everyday, I am fairly fit and I thought I was quite healthy. I also knew what HRV is and what it means but I never knew where I was in term of HRV. This app just helped me learn so much more about my health. My average HRV is around 35-45, it is just on par, not bad but definitely not what I expected. Then I educated myself about ECG to figure out those RR intervals and then I knew this app didn’t lie, it all added up. This motivated me to shift from pure physical exercises to a more balanced approach. I measure my ECG multiple times everyday just so the app can draw a more accurate HRV trend for me, after a few weeks I started to see a slow but steady HRV up trend which means my overall heath is up, although I didn’t feel much change physically but those RR intervals are becoming more divert this made me feel more confident. Try this app if you own an Google Watch and educate yourself about HRV I am sure you will know better about your health level. By the way I measured my kids and their HRV are all around 90!!! Numbers don’t lie.
