I feel that the visit has clear hearing and great sound. The only thing is when we are talking the call freezes up and then I don’t get to hear what he’s saying and it’s important to hear what he has to say. I’m really thankful for the free service that Ameelio Connect has to offer or I wouldn’t be able to visit with my good close friend. Happy New Year .

I was using the TestFlight App to download this, per the instructions on the Iowa DOC website. However when I recently went to use it I got the message that the Ameelio App was now expired. Not knowing what to do from there I decided to go directly to the Google App Store to see if it was listed & found this Connect App. I hesitated to download it because it says it’s just for ICIW & Clarinda. Well, it works for ISP also, and it even kept all my sign in info & works fine. So if you want to use this App for an Iowa location besides ICIW & Clarinda, download it anyway to see if it works for you. (The Iowa DOC website is still giving instructions to download the TestFlight App. Apparently they need to update their instructions because this App works fine by downloading it directly from here!)
