The previous app that Xcel had worked just fine. Now this app basically redirects us to a website and it’s extremely clunky. The user interface is less user friendly and requires extra digging just to find some info/service/link. Overall, extremely frustrating with these kinds of apps and I’d rather at this point use a computer to complete the same action.
the worst application I've ever had, it quits the application, it's always in maintenance I want to get a password because it doesn't save it or it doesn't load and it doesn't load, I don't even want to give it 1 star 😪
This app is atrocious. It is slow, clunky, constantly freezes and is essentially a much, much worse and less functional version of the website. Whoever designed/created this app should be out of a job.
I tried to log in and can’t. White screens like previous people have mentioned. I agree with what everyone else is saying. What a waste of time and money. Use the website, that to has issues, but it’s less of a hassle then this app. Why did they chg the last app? Had no issues with that one!
This app is not where it should be. Go back to the old app at least it worked.
