Not able to log on. Keep getting Error messages

I keep getting message error. “Network error has occurred. I delete all and install it again. It does the same thing. It’s so frustrating. I can’t use app to get points. I give up and deleted it off iPhone. I can’t even use it to reserve a spot. 😩

App mostly works

The wait list is working for me, and overall seems to have been improved and working. It helps beating the long lines at the metro Phoenix, AZ locations.

Poorly designed app, bad UX.

Why do I need an account just to be added to a waitlist? If anything use the yelp integration. The sign up process takes as much time as a credit card application. And page layout is not responsive at all to different display resolutions.

Doesn’t give rewards

Inaccurate wait times and it doesn’t add my rewards. Already spent over $50 and didn’t get any points for it.

Doesn’t record points

I enjoyed my first lunch at the restaurant and downloaded this app to earn points . Waiter scanned my code, confirmed it worked and several days later, nothing has been recorded in the app. Zero plates. Zero points. What a pointless app. Pun intended.
