Idk why this hasn’t been figured out

I don’t leave bad reviews ever- like I really don’t. But I am super annoyed and flustered and I came to read reviews and I guess I’m glad to know it isn’t user error 🙄 I want my photos and this app will not do anything. I’ve been trying for over an hour. I see comments dating back to a few years ago saying the same things I’m saying- I just feel like with modern technology this could probably be put together so that it works 🙃

Warning do not use this app

App is horrible I made 1 video to try and upload to my phone took 20 minutes to up load video then it wouldn’t play at all then the best part it completely filled every bit of available space on my 256gb Android 14 which had about 235gb left of room with empty folders labeled Polaroid wave then it took me over 2 hours to delete every single folder one by one I will be returning this camera not even gunna try to use it again I should have gotten any thing else beside this waste of time and money iam only giving it one star because it won’t let me give it 0

Doesn’t work at all

This app is trash. Connected to my phone and it says my phone is connected to the camera’s WiFi, but close the connection screen and it says no camera connected. It’s sad that this is a selling point for the camera and it doesn’t even work. Please make this app actually work. I’d leave zero stars, but it made me leave one.

Didn't even give me my pictures

I opened the app and did everything it said and waited forever but my pictures never loaded for me so i spent all the money on the camera for nothing
